    Description

    Vintage Western Electric 493A 4 Prong Single Gang Ivory Telephone Jack with Mounting Bracket, Wall Plate, and Screws.
    Consists of a 493A Jack, 43A Bracket, Wall Plate, and Screws.
    The rarest variant of the 4 prong jack.
    Note these are 50+ years old and fragile.  Do not over tighten the screws or the plate / jack will break!
    No returns on jacks or plates broken through the screw holes from over tightening.
    Some Plates and Jacks have hairline cracks around the screw holes.
    Scuffs, Scratches (some heavy), Oxidation, and Wear.
    Some have worn contacts (these were heavily used) and may require cleaning or adjustment of the spring contacts if they are loose or noisy.  Back of the jack comes off with one screw if this becomes necessary.
